We specify mechanically fixed or fully adhered systems depending on the deck, the building height and the local wind loads, so the roof performs for decades rather than years.
Refurbishment, overlay or full replacement
Not every commercial roof needs stripping back to the deck. Where the existing build-up and insulation are sound and dry, an overlay can add a long-life waterproof layer for less cost and less disruption. Where there is trapped moisture, failed insulation or a structural issue, a full strip-and-refit is the honest long-term answer. We carry out a proper survey, including moisture checks where needed, before we recommend either.
On occupied buildings we phase the work so the premises stay operational, protect the areas below, and keep the roof watertight at every stage. You get a programme up front and method statements and risk assessments for the site, so everyone knows what is happening and when.

Can you provide RAMS and certification?
Absolutely. We provide method statements and risk assessments for every site, and our operatives hold SSSTS, IPAF and CPCS cards.
Can you overlay our existing roof to save cost?
Often, yes. If the deck and insulation are sound and dry, a single ply overlay adds a long-life waterproof layer for less cost and disruption than a full strip. We confirm which is right after a survey.
Do you fit rooflights, smoke vents and work around plant?
Yes. Commercial roofs come with rooflights, AOVs, ductwork and plant, and we detail the membrane neatly around all of it for a fully watertight finish.

A correctly installed single ply roof typically carries a guarantee of 20 years or more and commonly lasts longer with planned maintenance.
